How To Remove A Mole Without Having Surgery
Almost all of us have a mole, at least somewhere, that we’d rather not have. Many of them can be hidden during all but the most intimate times, and no one worries about them too much. Unfortunately, though, many of us are also afflicted by unsightly moles in places that are much more obvious where they can’t be covered up. You may have even considered having surgery to remove an ugly mole but found that the procedure would cost too much since it’s considered a cosmetic procedure and uncovered by the majority of medical insurances. You probably also realize that surgical removal will leave a scar, and you don’t want that either. So what other choices are there for safe, effective mole removal? Keep reading to find out.
Moles are a concentration of pigment that can occur anywhere on your skin. You can be born with them, and others develop throughout your lifetime. They range from tiny pinpoints to large, raised areas. Although some of them, like beauty marks, can actually be considered attractive, most of them are merely unsightly dark spots on the skin. Others, though, can actually be dangerous. Therefore, it’s often a good idea to go through some type of mole removal technique to get rid of the problem.
You want to keep your best health interests in mind when considering how to remove a mole. The first thing you want to do is to consult with a doctor or a dermatologist to find out if there’s anything that can be considered dangerous about a mole. If there is, then you will need to get medical help in removing it. If there isn’t, then you can consider removing it yourself at home. Although there are a lot of commercial preparations you can buy that assist in mole removal, you may want to look at some home-made preparations first before buying anything.
Although these remedies may seem crazy, there are people who swear by them. Here’s how to do it:
- Make cauliflower juice in your blender. Apply it daily until the mole area softens and peels off easily.
- Smash fresh garlic into a paste. Apply to the mole at bedtime and cover with a bandage. Remove the bandage in the morning. Repeat as necessary.
- Keep fresh pineapple on hand, and make a little fresh juice each day. Rub it into moles daily until moles disappear.
- Rub honey into moles daily.
- Wash moles with hot water five or six times a day. Then swab the area with cider vinegar. Allow to absorb for 10 minutes before washing off with cool water.
- Rub the moles with castor oil daily until they soften and disappear.
- Grind fig stems to make a juice. Apply to moles daily until they’re gone.
Do these home remedies really work? Some people swear that they do, and it isn’t difficult to try them and see if they do a good job of mole removal for you. If not, there are still a lot of commercial preparations you can try.
